In-stock hard goods and apparel ship Canada-wide. Live rates show at checkout for your address and package. Most in-stock orders leave the shop within 1–3 business days after payment.

Oversized & team orders
Goalie gear, large bags, and custom / team uniforms may need a special quote. We’ll confirm cost and timing before you pay — or design in Uniform Studio.

Returns
Contact us right away at (705) 435-1282 or info@boultons.ca so we can help. Online returns need an RMA before you ship anything back.
- New items: within 30 days if unused, original packaging/tags, resalable condition.
- Used items: final sale (exceptions only if we agree there are extenuating circumstances).
- Not returnable: mouthguards, special orders, custom/decorated items, demo/used as noted, closeouts, tape, and sale items.
- Sticks: only if uncut, never taped, no wear. Bats: not returnable once unwrapped. Footwear: only with no wear.
Outbound shipping is not refunded; you pay return shipping. A 15% restocking fee may apply on accepted returns. We inspect all returns — items not in original condition may be refused.

We ship in-stock hard goods and apparel across Canada. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and package size. Most in-stock orders leave the shop within 1–3 business days after payment.

Returns
If you need to return a product, contact us right away at 705-435-1282 or info@boultons.ca so we can help.
New items: may be returned within 30 days if unused, in original packaging with tags, and in resalable condition.
Used items: final sale unless we agree there are extenuating circumstances.

Hockey sticks: returnable only if uncut, never taped, no wear. Baseball bats: once unwrapped, not returnable. Footwear: returnable only with no wear.
