Consignment | Boulton’s Replay Sports
CONSIGNMENT
Bring clean, sellable used hockey or baseball gear to Boulton’s Replay Sports in Alliston. We price and display it. When it sells, you get store credit (not cash) toward future purchases in our store. This is consignment — not a trade for gear at the counter.
In-store only. You’ll fill out and sign our consignment form. That sheet travels with your gear while we enter it and put it on the shelf.
How credit works
- Our commission is 40% of the sold price — you receive 60% as store credit.
- Credit is for future purchase in our store (including online orders for store pickup). No cash payout.
- Each sold item’s credit is usable for 28 months from that sale date. After that it expires and can no longer be used.
What we accept
- Equipment should be as clean as possible.
- Dirty, ripped, or broken gear may be discarded.
- If an item needs repair (laces, soles, eyelets, etc.), repair cost comes off the sold price.
- Want a specific price? Write it on the form (back); otherwise we use our judgement.
- We may run occasional clearance specials on consigned merchandise.
Pickup & account rules
- To pick up merchandise: give one week’s notice and sign for it.
- Merchandise must be picked up after 1 year, or we may dispose of it.
- You are responsible for checking whether items have sold.
- If an account is idle for 2 years, its contents may be deleted (separate from the 28-month credit clock).
- Signing the form includes consent to email contact about your consignment.
